Because good intentions are not enough.
At Alved Services, quality means more than completing paperwork or meeting a checklist. It means continuously asking whether our supports are helping people live the lives they want.
The questions that guide us
Continuous quality improvement
We use feedback, observations, documentation, service reviews, individual outcomes, incident information, staff training, and other quality information to identify opportunities for improvement.
Person-centered support isn't just something we say. It's how we strive to work.
Alved Services is proud to be accredited by the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL). CQL accreditation reflects our commitment to person-centered practices, quality improvement, and supports that focus on meaningful outcomes for the people we serve.
We see accreditation as more than a recognition. It is a responsibility:
- A responsibility to listen.
- A responsibility to improve.
- A responsibility to protect people's rights.
- A responsibility to support meaningful lives.
And a responsibility to keep asking: "Is this support helping this person live the life they want?" That question guides us every day.
